Unworkable upload speed

Hi,

I've got terrible upload speed. So much so, that my macbook keeps resetting it's wifi connection. I can't join any video conferences without it locking up or dropping out.

It's literally impossible to get through on the support number. Help me! Please!

Here's an example straight off the hub 3.

Test off the routerTest off the router

I have a full LAN setup too, and the hard wire speed tests are similar (between 2 and 6MB upload).

I've factory reset the hub, with no change to these readings.

Does it work better at night? over weekends? What about next week? It is half term here.

Answers to these questions will likely tell what type of problem you have.

I don't have a precise date when it started, but around the 4th of February.

Today has been particular bad. My Macbook as been resetting it's wifi constantly.

It does appear to be better overnight ( according to my speedtester), but I don't use it as much at night.
