I have just come off the phone and was told the estimated repair time is 18 May 0900hrs. Bad Signal to Noise Ratio. I first noticed it on Friday morning when I was unable to connect to my work VPN. Had to jump on the tube to go and read my emails today.
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
