Hello
Internet has been basically unusable since 0130AM this morning(15/02/23)
Experiencing ping jitter of about 6000ms and total packet loss for the day at 98%
Am on superhub 4 in modem only, Have pin-holed twice no change, Have contacted support no help, and no call-back like they said. service is apparently fine despite the fact half the street has no internet also.
Will attach stuff in later messages.

"Experiencing ping jitter of about 6000ms and total packet loss for the day at 98%"
Please share with us how this was measured and on what kind of device ?
Seeing the result of the test would be great if a screen shot can be added into this thread.
Note: Ping and Jitter are 2 different measures we should have figures for both.

Check the Hub's logs to see if it looks like the Hub was disconnecting / reconnecting often.
Check for a local VM fault on 0800 561 0061.
In the search for an answer look hard at your own kit & cables too.
