Can anyone advise what I can do next? I've had an unuseable service for weeks. I logged faults with VM 18th April (I have the work order numbers) but even though I have chased multiple times, I am yet to have a response. See the last few days of BQM stats which is representative of the last 6 weeks. In appreciate it's tough ATM with covid etc, but I'm paying for service that is not being delivered and I just want to get out of contract - I am tearing my hair out.
