Virgin Twitter sent me here as no one answers the phone and the link they sent me is useless.
I keep having my speed drop to 4Mb/s. Sometimes I check and it goes straight back to 50/75 or even 100. It doesn’t matter whether I use wifi or Ethernet. I have rebooted several times. Apparently there are no local issues but I’ve been experiencing this for over a week…
Surely this needs an engineer?

How is the service since posting? When you run a fault test via the online account does it bring anything up or allow you to arrange an engineer?
