Lately I've been having some issue with my Virgin internet, playing games i seem to lose connection or it seem slow, today (16/06) i did a speed test and i was shocked in what the results was, the lowest i got was 50mbps when my speed should be 200mbps
Also some of the TV channels would sometime be pixelated, i thought it was due to the weather we been having but i think it might be bigger issue here
Are your games device and TV connected directly to the Hub, or by WiFi?
If you get these problems with a wired connection it's likely to be a VM circuit fault that you should report on 150. If you are using WiFi then you should look at the WiFi help posts to see how you can improve it.
