I have been experiencing terrible bit rates streaming to YouTube via obs for about a month now.
everything points to Virgin Media Broadband as the connection is stable using my phones hotspot and also using an alternative ISP at another address.
Virgin media sent and engineer and he didn't have a clue what he was doing. I was promised a call back about getting this sorted but the call never came. its a nightmare trying to speak to someone on the phone and when I do they are clueless.
why am I paying for a service I can't use and Virgin aren't interested in fixing.
I've read multiple other posts here with the same issue and as far as I can tell VM haven't addressed it.
please help me fix this problem as its driving me insane.
