I am a customer paying for 200mbps and I am getting 2mbps and no support.
Constantly getting slow speeds I have investigated and removed wifi from the equation by using only a direct LAN connected laptop - plugged directly into the router.
Using speedtest.net and Google speed test I can see my speeds are up and down like a jockey competing in the grand national. Just prior to sending this message I was obtaining the amazing 2mbps speed and a few minutes later this was 46mbps. Next test gave 9.69 Mbps.
I AM PAYING OVER £100 a MONTH FOR AN UNUSABLE SERVICE AND NO SUPPORT!
Sorry to see you issues, this is most likely due to a utilization fault in your area (because so many people at home), if you hang on here for a few days someone from the team will reach out and take a look in the meantime you could help us help you by setting up a Broadband Quality Monitor, I'll share a link below of where to do this.

Your BQM looks OK to me - bit of packet loss, but otherwise pretty clean..
Please can you post up your router stats - browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click on "router status" and copy/paste the tables from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs back here - you'll need to do each table in its own post - it's too big to put them all in one..
