Hi

Sorry I now this is a speed forum but weren’t an option for my question.

Some months I am a heavy user and will need to download around 3 - 5tb in a month. I was just wondering if this will be a problem or virgin is truly unlimited?

thanks

J

It is unlimited but subject to fair use policy

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

All ISPs have an acceptable usage policy. Although there may not be a download limit every ISP will disallow residential usage which is for commercial activities or which adversely affects the network by being prolonged and excessive.

Hi Jas881, thanks for the message.

The broadband is unlimited but subject to the fair use policy. If you click on the link which jbrennand has supplied this will explain the fair use policy to you.

Please let us know if we can provide any further assistance.

Chris.
