Unable to upgrade broadband online

Hi. I would like to upgrade my broadband but when trying to do this online I get a message saying this service is not available. On checking broadband speeds in my area, apparently I can get as much as Gig1. I've tried to go via online Chat but no-one gets back to me. Is there someone here that can assist with this please?

Its probably because you are an old package so they want to move you onto one of the newer ones.

Try calling it in (on 150 on aVM line - or 0345 454 1111 on others) - they are still picking up - calling at 08.00 gives the best chance of getting through quickly
