I raised concerns a week or so ago and after talking with India speeds picked up. However, rather than getting around 500 I am only getting a pathetic 17.87 (see screenshots.) Last Sunday the router rebooted all by itself three times before settling down. I had assumed firmware update was being actioned by VM.
I have rebooted the VM router and connected directly into my PC and no change. I logged into my account to perform a test and during the test it runs to around 40% and then jumps to 100% and displays an error message (see screenshots.) I then got into the router and noticed on the Mac filtering every entry is duplicated (see screenshots.)
I now think the router itself is the main cause, so can an engineer visit and resolve the problem please?
Their are quite a few of us attempting to resolve faults this way due to the high call volumes and difficulty getting through too the call centre. I appreciate your concerns but I assure you I am just here to help.
