UPGRADE TO Hub 4

I recently Changed from Hub 3 to 4 and I am experiencing very slow speed I am Working from home and this is unbearable, I have not yet sent my hub 3 back yet and I am contemplating re-installing it and cancel the upgrade. this Service is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Hello

Once the hub 4 has been activated the hub 3 will be de-activated and removed from your account and cannot be re-activated, the only way to go back would be to call in and get them to send another hub 3.

I would suggest that you're better off trying to get the Hub 4 working properly, since there's usually a good reason why VM would have given you one - they aren't issued purely on request.  Unfortunately I'm not familiar with the Hub 4 so can't really help, but there's quite a few people round here who do have them, and can advise.
