Troubles accessing an IP - Virgin Media at fault

I am really struggling to access this IP today. Here is a traceroute. I think there is something wrong with Virginmedia (that's what the traceroute shows).

I can perfectly access the same IP from my mobile phone with my mobile data.

Please fix this ASAP.

URL & IP work OK for me using W10 Pro and Firefox 74.0

that traceroute shows nothing wrong at all. You are reaching the final server with no packet loss

Thanks for your answers all. 

Indeed my visitors don't seem to have any issue reaching the site. However, I can hardly reach it from my PC/connection. So there is most likely something wrong on the Virgin Media side. As I said, I can also reach it without trouble with my mobile data. So the problem is definitely with Virgin.

That's why I am asking to investigate and find a solution.

This morning, I still could not access the IP most of the time.

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Post a link to your BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

 In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

Then

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of each tab onto here, if you get a yellow warning click Post again.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

The box is in modem mode. 

There is no "Check Router Status" link where indicated.

I don't understand how the BQM is gonna be populated. Who is triggering the test? How does the box know it needs to do something?

So far I see nothing in the graph.

Try a different DNS.
