Total service outage Harpenden (Area 31)

Hi - since 9pm last night we have had a total loss of all services. Recorded message from Virgin refers to intermittent loss of service with a fix date of 8th November and the app says no problems at all! Does anyone have any better info on this?

Hi @Spud1 

Have you tried  the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061?  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level and estimated fix date and time..

Yes, I did thanks - that had the recorded message. Fortunately, the issue seems to be fixed now.
