Is it me, I have been on hold for 97mins so far, spoken to one person at 60min point still waiting. Cannot believe this is down to COVID 19?
im on day 5 and all they done is cancelled my internet for some reason and banned me from online chat because I kept asking for help lol
I cant get it fixed but can get a upgrade lol . try it when the line goes dead u get threw straight away lol
Good luck, Even when you get an engineer out. More then likely the issue will be with the network which is out of the engineers hands.
They send engineers to waste there time, Twice i've had engineers out and both have said its out of the expertise.
The people on the forum here will tell you, You need an competent engineer. Funny as a paying customers thought that's what i'd get.
