7 months into Covid and this flaming company just can't cope keeping a stable internet connection, what even the living daylights is this? I'm sorry you can't be number 1 if this is your best to keep your customers happy online during this time. I've got a job to do to keep my audience happy on live stream, gaming and talking to help them through this time and keep them happy but I cannot do that with this pathetic company putting me with 1mbps upload speed when I'm meant to get 34mbps Upload Speed and this is on Ethernet and plus I have boosters! sort this **bleep** out NOW! 500mbps download is what I get but the upload speed is **bleep** poor, stop uploading so much porn and using up our internet juice, this is getting pathetic. I've made a complaint 4 times using web chat, they send me to an actual team to sort this issue out, never do I get in contact with them, at all. I swear one day when a new company rises and beats this company, you better have a white flag ready. A screenshot from OBS where I stream and it's been on red for almost my entire stream. And this is what I'm getting for upload and I'm using ethernet, sort this out now! your customers are so **bleep** off, and so am I, we can't get our work done.
I think you have mistaken this "Community Help Forum" for Twitbook.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
stop uploading so much <pr0n> and using up our internet juice
I very much doubt that much of VM's capacity is utilised by UPLOADING the material. Downloading it, well, let's not go there.
But seriously, if you're making any sort of living from the internet, you should get a VM (or other ISP) business connection that comes with service performance guarantees, rather than relying on a consumer grade connection that promises NOTHING in respect of reliability, performance or response times. VM's consumer offer has no latency commitments, no fitness for purpose, even the minimum speed guarantee has been reneged on.

I'm mostly having upload speed issues during the evening time, it's stable from morning to late afternoon, but as 5pm hits, it's low, like VERY low. I was very stressed and annoyed while typing this out haha.
