So why is it that I go to the service status page and find there is a fault in my area, select run test and it says there are no faults in my area? come on Virgin get it together with some level of consistency.
On the service fault in my area, have you tried rebooting your modem yet?
If the check service status is showing no problems, and you've run the tests there, have you tried calling the Service Status number 0800 561 0061? This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
