Thanks!

I’ve been told that posting a message on here will get the message back to the engineer/his supervisor of my thanks.

Last week, an engineer attended my property because my broadband kept cutting out and the signal was very bad.

The young man was really polite, had his face mask and gloves on, and had me sorted very quickly. He traced and found the problem and kept me calm (I suffer from depression and anxiety) while he fixed it.

He was really professional, easy to speak to, and considerate.

Thank you Virgin Media for a job well done!
