Terrible upload speeds - unworkable for remote connections

Hi there,

Since last Thursday I have been experiencing terrible upload speeds that drop to 0.08mbps upload for a minute or so, every other minute. I have phoned 0800 561 0061 earlier and received an automated message that there is works going on in the area (N195BZ), but normal service should resume at 9:15am (it hasn't). I have tried calling again since and can't get through. 

This makes working from home impossible, as dramatic as it sounds, it puts my job in serious jeopardy. Please can this be looked into with some urgency.
