Terrible upload speeds and not getting full download speed during prime time

Hi there. I have noticed the past few days that the upload speeds that I am getting are absolutely terrible, and during prime time my download speeds are roughly half of what I should be getting. I am on the M600 package and during the day I roughly get 300mbps down. My upload speeds seem to be around 1mbps no matter what time of the day and is the real problem right now. These speeds are measured from my PC over a wired connection using a suitable cable.

Your Upstream Power Levels are too high and all four of the modulations are at 16 QAM, thyey should be 64 QAM.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 10 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
