Terrible upload parts of the day

Can someone please tell me whether the 'Max Traffic Rate' and/or the 'Max Concentrated Burst' values in the Upstream table contribute to the issue I seem to have when working through a remote desktop. Very slow or looses connections at peak times of the day

I was told re-post the image, as I was not supposed to publicise my MAC address, see below

Re: Terrible upload parts of the day

Hi d51n9h,

Thanks for posting, and welcome to our community 🙂

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your upload speeds,

I've checked your hub and can see everything is within the specifications we would expect.

Can you confirm if you're trying to use a VPN?

Re: Terrible upload parts of the day

Looks like a lot of people are having the same issue. I have the same, can be 6mbps then drop to 0.08mbps, which is completely useless.

Virgin broadband isn't really fit for purpose.

Re: Terrible upload parts of the day

Indeed. Remote Desktop requires a decent upload speed which this network does not seem to provide.
