Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing. I've checked your connection and I've noticed a fault in your area that can be responsible for reducing the speeds, especially during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F003669611 and it's due for review on the 17th May. In addition to this I've noticed that your down stream power levels are out of range and I'd like to address this by sending an engineer around.
