We have terrible broadband and have had for more than 3 weeks now. All we get is an automated message to say it’s a known problem in area 22. I want to leave virgin now as I’m so fed up and can’t work effectively from home. Has anyone managed to speak to anyone in virgin recently?
I spoke to them last Friday (13th) without issues).

What is your contracted speed ?
What speeds do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
