Hiya all,

I'm hoping i may be able to get some answers here, for the past 4 months or so I've been having trouble where my upload speeds will drop to barely anything (0.02 - 1.11) and I stream my games to Facebook and Twitch. Well because my upload is so bad i just drop frames left, right a centre so it just impossible.

Some days I can get 20mbps upload but its not very often and all I keep being told is there is a fault in my area and its been going on for months now, My download speed is always above 200mbps.

Any help will be really appreciated as I'm loosing followers etc due to having to keep cancelling my streams.

The forum could make lots of suggestions but if it really is a local fault that has been going on for months then that needs addressing first. Have you raised a complaint about this? If not you can now do this online and I suggest doing so sooner than later as it can affect how you can escalate the issue https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-complaint
