Terrible Internet Speeds

I have given up with trying to speak with Virgin Media on the phone. I am still having awful service from my internet and I will post each day on here the speeds I am obtaining, a full 3 metres from the Wifi Hub.

You will need to post more details if you want sensible help on here.

What Hub do you have? What package are you on? How are you doing the speedtests? Are you testing on an ethernet cable connected device or wifi? If wifi - do it on ethernet with the Hub in modem mode and see what that gets.
