Terminate contract due to lack of service

Apologies if this has been answered previously, but I am at my wits end.

How do I terminate my broadband contract early, due to lack of service?

Call in and cancel if you have no service - they will first test your connection and tell you whether you do - or if not - why that is and what you can do about it
