Internet connection is still really choppy, upload speeds non-existent at times, download speed plummets to around 50mbps and I get massive lag in some games, massive packet loss in the BQM. I've tried restarting, I've had a technician come round and "fix" it, I let virgin know it wasn't fixed and they put me on hold for 2 hours before cutting the line. Please can someone suggest some fixes or some steps? I can't wait on hold again for 2 hours just to be cut off
Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.
Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.
Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status.
