T3 timeouts low uplink speeds

Hi I am being plagued by constant drop outs, and high levels of T3 Timeouts I have done a reset of the hub to no avail and trying to get through to the team nowadays is like mental torture over 40 minutes in a queue to be told there isn't an issue.

when it takes over an hour to upload a video to YouTube because your network is to low to stream it tells me there is.

have rebooted hub again still getting intermittent issues but upload speed is at 1.5 mb
