T3 timeouts and intermittent dropouts

Since I can remember, my connection has cut out intermittently at points during the day. Previously it was just a bit annoying, but I’ve recently returned to work from maternity leave and it’s now making it a nightmare to work from home. Any thoughts appreciated.

You Network Log hasn't reported anything for two and a half days which is unusual.

Can you reboot your Hub using this exact method ...

Switch the Hub off for 5 minutes using the small switch on the rear of the Hub next to the power cord.

Allow the Hub a few minutes to fully restart then post the Hub data again please.
