T3 and T4 timeout errors - slow speeds and occasional drops in internet

Hi

Over the last two weeks I have been getting period of slow speeds and occasional internet drops, this is most pronounced when doing video calls (poor or weak connection!!) but today it's been with streaming music. I am on the M100 plan. I looked at the HUB 3 page and noticed a lot of T3 and T4 timeout errors - so I am hoping someone can help?

I have tried resetting the hub several times over the last two weeks, but it doesn't solve the issue. I notice now that I am getting Post RS errors, which is new since I last looked at the HUB last week.

I paste the relevant information below

Thanks

J

Re: T3 and T4 timeout errors - slow speeds and occasional drops in internet

Hi, You only have 3 upstreams.  can you remove and check all cables.  Then do a pinhole reset by pressing reset button in for 20 seconds then releasing for 5, do this 3 times.  After this log back in and check for 4 upstream channels

Regards

Rich

Re: T3 and T4 timeout errors - slow speeds and occasional drops in internet

Hi Rich

Thanks for your message - not really sure what any of the numbers etc mean, so I really appreciate it.

I have done as you suggested, disconnected all cables, reconnected them, pin reset three times.

I still only have 3 upstream channels (see below) - so still getting the T3 and T4 timeout errors.

Any further tips?

Thanks

John
