T3 Timeouts

Hello Virgin,

Have been having trouble with internet being unreliable, usually around 14:00 but can also occur at other times.
Looking at modem logs we see many T3 Timeouts and some DHCP RENEW sent - No response errors.

Not sure if this is caused by our downstream/upstream link strength or other issues.
If I try and load the superhub interface when we are having any issue the page never loads so I can only get logs after a recent reboot on the modem.

I have checked a few things from here and the upstream signal levels are out of sync 
You will need engineer to come out and take a look at things
I Will need to send you a private message to pass security first though 
If you are happy to go ahead with this just check the purple envelope top right of your screen

I jbrennand, thanks for replying, here is the rest of the info from from down and upstream connections now the router has been up for a couple days.
To Note we will be upgrading to the gig1 connection from this Friday which I hoped would make the connection more reliable with more downstream channels but am not really sure!
