Super slow Internet speed

  • Hi  my Internet speed is super slow, running between 30 to 70 Mbps. I've reset the router and used the virgin app to reboot the router but still a poor speed. I have the 350 Mbps package.... ideas 💡 please

Wired or wireless?

Both are slow WiFi and wired

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . You shouldn't need log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Could you please create a BQM (Broadband Quality Monitor) here, and post the live link?

Although most of the HUB stats look ok you appear to have a lot of errors in your network log within a short period of time.

The BQM I mentioned should show if you have an issue with your line.

The speed has never been this slow, still running about 30Mbps and upload has dropped to 26Mbps, usually around 36 Mbps

Affecting kids xbox and firestick big time

As I said if you can create the BQM I mentioned it could help diagnose your issue.
