Still having issues

 since the 10th whens yous came out my speed has be so bad there was a issue with the downstream I was told originally engineer came out and still no improvement i am sick and tires of paying for a service I am not getting since August 15th when this originally started

What is your contracted speed ?

Which Hub do you have ?

What speed do you get at >> speedtest.net << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E/6 cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
