Still having issues with broadband

This is what I get when I go a equipment test, broadband keeps dropping out for slowing down, messaged virgin so many times, ongoing for 2 months, frustrated and exhausted with virgin media

Can not update any of my apps in iPhone while connected to WiFi, updated apps via virgin mobile data without any issues, my virgin mobile is 100 times better on 4G then my broadband.
