Can anyone tell me how to contact virgin media as the fiber cable outside my house is split. I have tried every one of your contact numbers but they either don't connect, or immediately disconnect. I have tried 3 different phones.
I need to book an engineer to fix this but can't as your phone lines are not working. This is completely unacceptable. I have been with you over 10 years and your service is utterly useless in every area.
Apologies for rant, but does anyone here know of a number other than 0345 454 1111 as that just disconnects straight away.
