It looks like you have a downstream SNR problem as your SNR is marginal on most channels and very poor on a couple channels.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
You are still getting the suck out on the two downstream channels,and for the Live Chat advise, is very poor to say the least. VM need to resolve this issue,
From what I can gather, there seems to be two versions of the Live Chat, a general one which deals will general queries which seems to be staffed by the outsourced staff, and one that is designed to answer queries generated by this Forum which is accessed through a link issued by a Forum Team redirector, member which is staffed by a team designed to deal with technical queries.
It looks like you have contacted the former as you did not receive a link for the later, judging by the very poor response you got.
The old, technically trained Swansea Team would be onto the problem and booked an engineer for you (if not an area problem), VM remind us why you closed Swansea down.
