Usual request. Please post the Network Log, Downstream and Upstream logs and Pre and PostRS errors for comment. Do not use screenshots, just copy and paste the text.

Is this wifi or cabled tests. VM will insist on a direct Cat 6 cable connection to the Hub for testing speeds from a gigabit enabled device.

Can you also perform a pin hole reset if you haven't already?
