 Upgraded from 350mb and Hub 3 to 1Gb and Hub 4. It's not always like this...its sometimes slower. This is wired and to a PC. Wireless to my phone makes 24mps...tried resetting, modem mode and no change. Can only stream on 1 device, some services struggle. Service checker shows no faults in area.  Speed test do e using the samknows link. Any ideas?

Right, new tactic. Reset and left off overnight. Seems to have done the trick.
