Speed upgrade.

Well, I'm going to start by saying I've never had any major issues with Virgin Media. I'm lucky I guess...

The Virgin website said they'll be in contact by the end of December regarding my 200Mb/s speed upgrade. But it now says they'll contact me between January and March...

Has this happened to anybody else?

In which case... If it aint broke - dont try and fix it!  It is just tempting fate especially if you dont really "need" the upgrade.
