Whilst i understand we are in unprecedented times for usage as we all work at home, i should have 1gb down and 50 up but im averaging only 110 down 40 up. Now this is usable but why should i be paying for the higher speed when i cant and dont actually get it. Are there issues in my area and how do we even contact at the minute as the call centre is so busy and chat is switched off
