Speed reducing

Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed that my broadband speed has reduced from around 540Mbs to about 375Mbs.

The speed is constant day / evening / night / weekend, so I don't think it is a contention problem.

Hub 3 in Modem Mode with Netgear R8000P router.

Re: Speed reducing

Forgot to mention.

Speed is with a network cable connection.

I have replaced the network cables.

Speed is the same in Modem Mode directly connected to the Hub 3 or going through the Netgear Router.

Re: Speed reducing

I have spoken to at least 3 VM Techies about the Upstream levels and each one has stated that VM won't action any remedial work until they go above the 5.1 level.

The levels at present ...
