Speed really up and down

Over the last few days people keep telling me I am freezing on video calls. So I have been running a few speed tests and have found that the speed seems to be massively variable. Here are the logs from my Hub 3:

Re: Speed really up and down

Over a wired or wireless connection?

That being said your stats are a little odd there - please reboot the hub and post them again for comparison.

Re: Speed really up and down

Hi Gary

Thanks for your reply. It's both over wired and wireless connections. I rebooted the hub after your message below and here are the logs again.

Re: Speed really up and down

The pre and post RS levels on the downstream are a real worry.

Unless there’s an area issue you’ll need an engineer visit
