Speed poor

Upgraded from the 200mb package last week and I’m getting download speeds of 118mb which is half of what I’m used to and way lower than the min speed I should be expecting. Nothing in my setup has changed. 

hub2.0 in modem mode connected to nighthawk R8000 via cat6 Ethernet.

What speeds do you get wired direct to the hub without the Netgear?
