Speed less than half advertised, how do I complain?

Hi I have just had a renewed contract for my 100 internet and now I am only getting speeds of 20. How can I complain about this as we have not had this problem until recently.

Is that a wired speed direct to the hub?

It is wifi - wireless. Tested through google

You need to speedtest wired direct to the hub using speedtest.net

Wifi speeds are not guaranteed and as such are not accepted for speed tests.
