Speed less than 50% of paid for service

My broadband speed has always been less than 50% of the speed i am paying for.

If its ALWAYS less than 50% that usually indicates your not testing properly.

 

Can you explain how your conducting your test, i.e a wired connection to a laptop etc

I have tried wired and wireless on my laptop using the recommended website. I've also tried from an app and a couple of websites on my Iphone. I have M500 fibre but I rarely get above 200mb download speed.

I'm still having this problem and I've not heard from anyone at Virgin! Please can someone at Virgin Media look into this.
