Hi Natalie, apologies for not replying sooner but I didn't know you'd replied!
Speed tests are generally OK, I haven't rebooted the router since that last post I don't think. There are still a fair few "critical - No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" entries in the log, not sure whether there should be none (or close to none) of these. Seems to be every 2 or 3 days, 1 time only and not at any pattern of time of day that I can see.
My wife has had a lot of video conferencing lately (I have thankfully not!) and hasn't complained of or noticed anything that I'm aware of.
If things get as bad as before I will come back to you but touch wood at the moment it is good 🙂
