Re: Speed issues and "critical" entries in modem network log

Hi marty50

Thank you for getting back in touch.

I am very sorry for the delay in response and to hear you are experiencing issues with your download speed.

I have taken a look from our side and your levels appear to be within spec.

How has the service been since your last post to us, has there been any improvements?

Thanks

Nat

Re: Speed issues and "critical" entries in modem network log

Hi Natalie, apologies for not replying sooner but I didn't know you'd replied!

Speed tests are generally OK, I haven't rebooted the router since that last post I don't think. There are still a fair few "critical - No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" entries in the log, not sure whether there should be none (or close to none) of these. Seems to be every 2 or 3 days, 1 time only and not at any pattern of time of day that I can see.

My wife has had a lot of video conferencing lately (I have thankfully not!) and hasn't complained of or noticed anything that I'm aware of.

If things get as bad as before I will come back to you but touch wood at the moment it is good 🙂

Thanks for your reply and looking into it from the VM side.
