Speed issue

I’m paying for 600+ average mps yet only getting £140

Is that on a wifi connection or an ethernet one?

If wifi try on ethernet - on a 1GB enabled device and a good Cat5e/6 cable

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear of the lower than expected speeds. Done a system check for you today and everything fine - no outages, issues showing, all levels are fine, plus no congestion or SNR (signal to noise ratio) issues. Please could you confirm if the tests are done wired/wireless and what devices?
