Speed in Area Priorslee Telford (area 4)

So far today I am only getting intermittent access, when connected I am getting upload speeds of between .5 and 1.5 Mbps and download if < 1Mbps. 

Self-test says there are no errors.

I have rebooted the hub and tested directly connected to the hub with a virgin supplied cat 6 cable.

Please sort this out.
