Speed getting worse since engineer visit

Hi all 

i recently had an engineer visit  regarding my low speeds since his visit the speeds are now worse

i have tried calling but get no help from the call centres as they just reboot the router and say it will be better now...

on my previous post JB 66 wrote 

He hasn't fixed the fault. You still have ingress in the low 200mhz you need ANOTHER technician.

If you get another one tell him you have ingress on 227mhz, if he fixes that all the rest will fix

i have tried calling to get an engineer  back out but to no avail

Your upload stream power levels are maxed out, the engineer didn't do a very good job. You will need to get them out again. Best to ring VM on or just after 8am or alternatively you can wait here for a Virgin staff member to pick it up, typically between 5-10 days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later depending on how busy they are.
