Speed burst and then tapers down

Hi. 
I currently have M350 broadband. 
I am having an issue where when I perform a speed test, the download speed will go up to 200mbps straight away and then start slowing down to around 40mbps for the remainder of the test. 
It seems to fly up and then taper down. 
My upload speed seems fine at around 35mbps.

Your downstream power levels are too high, you will need an engineer visit to put these right. Best to ring VM after 8am or alternatively you can wait here for a Virgin staff member to pick it up, typically between 5-10 days, sometime sooner, sometimes later depending on how busy they are.

Thanks mate, i've been trying all day today but can't get in touch with them.

Hopefully someone will pick it up on here.

Is there a way of flagging this on here for a VM tech?
